The paintings of Ladakh, at the foot of the Himalayas, tell stories of gods intertwined with tales of fantastic demons. One of them narrates how Shiva, Lord of Tears, created a perfume with incredible seduction powers using "mrgamada," the "love secretion of the antelope." Although this animal-derived substance is no longer used in modern perfumery, its legend of great seduction remains alive, making it one of the most popular notes in the most "provocative" perfume formulas. Musk was associated with the hippie dream of total freedom during the Summer of Love in 1967 in San Francisco. Now, in our Musk Extrême, musk returns with a more sophisticated appearance but equally warm and sensual. Enriched with bergamot, vanilla, and floral notes, the fragrance leaves an unmistakable trail. Due to its unique virtues, a certain degree of discretion is required when deciding when to wear it.
