Inspired by the fragrant atmosphere of the Maghreb desert. Powerful, sensual, and authentic. The creation of L'Air du Désert Marocain arose from a vision in the mind of Andy Tauer: a hotel room in Marrakech at dusk, as the sun was setting. The moon was about to emerge and he imagined himself in that room, resting on the bed, exhausted from the heat of the day, with the window wide open to let the fresh air in. A soft, dry wind would bring the essence of the nearby desert along with the spices floating from the lively streets below. Lying on the bed, dreaming of the moon rising behind the Sahara dunes, he imagined the fragrance of a Moroccan night. The elegant top notes of the fragrance are built from the spiced essences of the Maghreb: coriander and cumin, together with petitgrain oil. The warm middle stage surprises with the scent of rock rose and a touch of jasmine. The base notes are filled with the warm woods of cedar and vetiver finely interwoven with an aura of amber.
