In this region, specific toponyms are lost among navigators' coordinates, meridians, and parallels converging in the vast blue Pacific, where Asia and Oceania meet. Here, we discover the original tree we were seeking: the sandalwood. Its wood has the power to awaken the mind. This journey places us south of the Tropic of Cancer, between two continents. This seemingly common tree traveled from these lands to India. The essence is extracted from the core of the trunks and its intense and mystical aroma permeates Hindu and Buddhist ceremonies, released by burning incense sticks. Nowadays, it is an increasingly scarce and protected species. However, thanks to meticulous research and reparation (planting 50 new trees for every one cut down), we have managed to use the purest and finest sandalwood essential oil. The result is a hypnotic and mysterious olfactory tale. Warm, woody, and velvety notes intertwine with floral touches.
